About me
I have been a person first helping professional for over 10 years. I focus on person-centered helping, work with you on goal-setting, and assist you to discover how you can work towards greater emotional welness. I will always be sensitive to how trauma effects all other parts of life. I will be respectfully curious about what makes you a unique individual.
I offer individual therapy, play therapy, and couples and family therapy. I am trained in EMDR and knowledgeable regarding Exposure and Response Prevention and a variety of cognitive-behavioral therapy approaches. This lends me valuable perspective into the way many small moving pieces fit into the beautiful puzzle of an individual. I approach relational work from the perspective that our pasts shape us, and we may engage in patterns from the past that aren't serving us anymore. I will help you recognize these and make informed decisions about how you might adjust.
