About me

I'm a therapist helping adults with Trauma, Eating Disorders, Depression and Life Transitions.

You don't have to have everything figured out. If you're feeling stuck, angry, or burned out, therapy can help you find solid ground. I'm committed to providing a warm and nurturing environment where you can safely rediscover the parts of yourself that may have been unattended to or unseen throughout the years. I work with adults who struggle with eating disorders, trauma, depression, and anxiety. I have worked as a clinician and APD at a leading eating disorder treatment facility and have experience working with veterans and first responders, many of whom also struggle with trauma and their relationships with food and body.
I integrate a blend of therapeutic approaches tailored to support your unique needs, including parts work, somatics, EMDR, CBT, DBT, and polyvagal theory. I'm an Eating Disorder Specialist and Consultant, a Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor, and a Certified EMDR Therapist, CIT, and Somatically EMDR Trained. My work is size-inclusive and HAES-aligned.
I understand how long people may find themselves disengaged with life, without love for themselves or others, and without happiness or joy. I believe everyone is doing the best they can to cope with struggles and know that sometimes what they may need is a guide to help them make sense of what has happened and who can support them in healing to move forward.
