About me
Erin describes herself as not your average therapist. She’s clinical and professional, but also direct, authentic, and deeply committed to creating real transformation.
Erin Cliffe is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Clinical Supervisor, Certified Advanced Addiction & Drug Counselor (CAADC, CCTP-II), ADHD Coach, Trauma Therapist, and Reiki II Practitioner with nearly 20 years of experience supporting individuals through some of life’s most difficult and transformative moments. She specializes in working with people who feel stuck—whether that’s due to trauma, anxiety, ADHD, dissociation, or the weight of emotions that haven’t yet been processed. Erin helps clients untangle what’s keeping them overwhelmed so they can move forward with clarity, confidence, and lasting change. She has extensive experience working with complex trauma, dissociative disorders, neurodivergence, mood and anxiety disorders, eating disorders, and general life challenges. Erin also enjoys working with clients who are intuitive, spiritually curious, or looking for a deeper, more meaningful healing experience.
Erin describes herself as not your average therapist. She’s clinical and professional, but also direct, authentic, and deeply committed to creating real transformation. She believes trauma therapy isn’t just about retelling the past—it’s about understanding how your experiences show up in your life today and learning how to break the patterns that keep you stuck. Her approach focuses on nervous system regulation, recognizing emotional and behavioral patterns, and teaching practical, research-backed tools you can use in everyday life. Therapy with Erin isn’t surface-level—it’s intentional, honest, and rooted in meaningful inner work. You can expect a space where you feel supported, gently challenged, and encouraged to gain clarity about yourself, your emotions, and your relationships. Healing can feel messy and uncomfortable at times, but Erin believes it is also liberating, empowering, and absolutely life-changing.
Above all, Erin is compassionate, understanding, and genuinely human in her approach. She meets clients exactly where they are, without judgment, and brings warmth, flexibility, and even humor into the work—especially when the process feels heavy. Erin is passionate about helping clients truly understand themselves and their healing journey, because that knowledge becomes the foundation for lasting change. Her approach is empathetic and practical, ensuring you feel heard, supported, and equipped with tools that make a real difference in your life.
