About me
I support and empower neurodivergent QTBIPOC and ex-vangelicals to deconstruct harmful ideologies and design more liberatory lives.
As a queer, neurodivergent, mixed-race Third Culture Kid/adult, I understand how lonely and exhausting it can be to feel like you don't fully belong, no matter where you are or what you do. Even in seeking support, it's all too common to have unaffirming experiences in relationships, religious communities, and the healthcare system.
Because multiply marginalized folks are more likely to have had harmful or just lackluster past experiences in therapy (and/or other supposedly supportive settings), I prioritize an anti-oppressive, trauma-informed, intersectional feminist, and collaborative approach to working with clients.
My passion for supporting and equipping folks who don’t fit in or feel “behind” on their journey of deconstruction and self-discovery isn’t from a place of paternalizing or pathologizing, but comes from my hope for our collective liberation.
Whether or not you specifically want to discuss your neurotype, sexuality, spirituality, race/ethnicity, gender, or other identities, you deserve to be able to show up as your whole self -- in therapy and in your life.
Recognizing people's unique life experiences and intersectional identities, I respect the rich knowledge and resources they already have. Bringing my decade of experience, together we could co-create a safer space to unpack harmful narratives and past trauma, negotiate present stressors with individualized strategies, and nurture a meaningful and sustainable life rooted in your personal values and beliefs.
