About me
I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor with 10+ years of experience helping people untangle life’s toughest moments. Through thoughtful, research-backed therapy, I support clients in gaining insight, strengthening resilience, and creating lasting change.
I completed my education and clinical training in New York before making my way west to Oregon, drawn to the expansiveness and grounding beauty of the Pacific Northwest. What began as a relocation quickly became home, and I feel deeply grateful to serve this community.
As a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP), I provide trauma-competent care rooted in both expertise and compassion. I also have specialized training in motivational interviewing, dialectical behavior therapy, and in supporting individuals involved in the legal system, offering steady guidance during complex and often high-stress circumstances.
My approach is integrative, strengths-based, and highly personalized. I draw from a range of evidence-based modalities to tailor therapy to your unique needs, lived experience, and goals. I work with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, anger, OCD, mood instability, ADHD, personality-related challenges, trauma symptoms, and major life transitions. Whatever brings you in, our work will be collaborative and intentional.
In our first session, we’ll begin building a foundation of trust. I’ll share more about my background and approach, and I’ll invite you to share what’s bringing you to therapy, your history, and what you hope might feel different in your life. My goal is to create a space that feels safe, grounded, and respectful—where you can move at a pace that feels right for you. We’ll end our initial meeting by identifying clear, meaningful goals to guide our work and ensure our time together feels purposeful and aligned.
