About me
I help teens and adults navigate general and performance anxiety, grief, burnout, and life transitions. I also support those facing medical trauma and illness (patients, caregivers, and providers). Using a person-centered mix of IFS, MBCT, and Reality Therapy, I offer practical tools to process change. I provide a safe space to be heard, manage overwhelm, build resilience, and reconnect with hope.
I have personal experience navigating a complex medical diagnosis and supporting cancer patients and caregivers, as well as working in private practice and high school supporting teens and adults navigating anxiety, grief, burnout, life transitions, performance anxiety, school and career shifts.
