About me
Taking that first step toward therapy takes immense courage, and if you’re here, you’re already showing up for yourself in a meaningful way. Life can feel overwhelming—whether you're moving through a major transition, carrying the weight of stress and anxiety, navigating complex family dynamics, or simply trying to reconnect with who you are. In our work together, you don't have to carry any of that alone.
My goal as a clinical social worker is to create a safe, compassionate, and non-judgmental space where you feel genuinely seen and understood. I welcome clients from all walks of life, background, and belief systems—whether your grounding is faith-centered, secular, or still unfolding. You are the true expert on your own life; I’m here to walk alongside you with curiosity, warmth, and genuine care as we explore what healing and growth look like for you.
In our sessions, we’ll blend deep understanding with practical, evidence-based strategies tailored to your unique goals:
Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT): We’ll practice mindfulness and find a grounded balance between accepting where you are right now and building the active tools needed for meaningful change.
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT): We’ll examine patterns in thoughts and behaviors that might be keeping you stuck, working through complex emotions like guilt, shame, and isolation.
Solution-Focused Brief Therapy: We’ll tap into your inherent strengths, identifying clear pathways and realistic solutions to help you move forward with clarity and purpose.
Whether you're processing caregiver stress, working through attachment or social anxiety, navigating divorce, or building self-esteem, we will move at a pace that honors your story. Healing isn't about "fixing" who you are—it's about returning to yourself with self-love, forgiveness, and clarity. I look forward to supporting you on this path.
Taking that first step toward therapy takes courage, and I'm honored to be part of your journey.
