About me
I specialize in working with children, adolescents, and young adults, using a holistic and integrative approach that incorporates DBT, art therapy, play therapy techniques, and mindfulness. My goal is to help young clients feel heard, empowered, and equipped to navigate life’s challenges at their own pace.
I am a Licensed Associate Counselor at Gilbert Counselors, working under the supervision of Terri Roman, LPC. I hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Grand Canyon University, with an emphasis on childhood and adolescent disorders, and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Phoenix. I work best with children, teens, and young adults who may be feeling overwhelmed, misunderstood, or unsure how to express what they’re going through. I offer a space where clients can explore their emotions through mindfulness-based tools. As both a therapist and a mother, I understand how overwhelming it can be when your child is struggling with emotions or behaviors they can't quite express. If your child could benefit from extra support, I’m here to help. You don’t have to go through this alone.
