About me
Transform Your Relationships. Transform Your Life.
Are you struggling in your personal or professional relationships? You're not alone — and support is within reach. As Stephen Covey wisely said, "The quality of our lives depends on the quality of our relationships."
In my counseling practice, I help individuals like you build stronger, healthier connections — with others and with yourself. Through our work together, you can gain tools to:
Overcome emotional challenges
Improve communication skills
Strengthen self-confidence
Achieve personal growth and fulfillment
Together, we’ll seek practical solutions to life’s challenges so you can feel happier, healthier, and more in control of your life.
What Clients Are Saying:
"You helped me greatly during a very difficult time. I still remember you telling me 'the opposite of fear is love' — I use that mantra in my daily life."
— E.N., former client
With over a decade of private practice experience, I bring a compassionate, culturally aware approach to counseling.
My academic background includes:
Licensure in Psychology, Summa Cum Laude, Andrés Bello Catholic University (Caracas, Venezuela)
M.Ed. in Counseling and Guidance, University of Texas at Austin
Ph.D. in Health Education/Health Psychology, Texas A&M University
Before opening my practice in 2013, I worked at both Texas A&M University and the University of Texas at Austin. Having lived in Venezuela, Puerto Rico, Germany, and Canada — and traveled extensively — I bring a rich multicultural perspective to my work.
In addition to individual counseling, I also:
Conduct psychosocial assessments for immigration cases
Offer workshops on mental health, personal development, and professional growth
I’m a native Spanish speaker, married, with two grown sons and two wonderful grandchildren. In my free time, you’ll find me swimming, practicing water aerobics, or exploring beautiful natural parks.
Let’s work together to create the life and relationships you want.
