About me
I am an experienced mental health therapist who is dedicated to helping older teens and adults cope with mental health and adverse life experiences.
Life can feel heavy at times—whether it’s the weight of anxiety, the fog of depression, the impact of trauma, or the stress of navigating everyday challenges. You don’t have to carry it all on your own.
I specialize in supporting older teens and adults who are looking for a space to feel seen, understood, and supported. My approach to therapy is compassionate and trauma-informed, rooted in the belief that healing looks different for everyone. Together, we’ll find what works best for you.
In our work, I draw from a variety of therapeutic modalities, including nervous system regulation techniques, Somatic Experiencing, and Internal Family Systems (IFS)-informed care. I take an integrative approach, tailoring therapy to your unique needs and creating a space where all parts of you are welcome.
My hope is to offer a grounded, nonjudgmental environment where you can explore, process, and reconnect with yourself. Whether you’re seeking relief from overwhelming emotions, wanting to understand yourself more deeply, or working to build resilience, I’ll walk alongside you with presence, care, and curiosity.
Healing is possible, and you don’t have to do it alone.
