About me
I'm a therapist with six years of clinical experience supporting individuals through a wide range of life challenges. I work with clients navigating depression, anxiety, stress, trauma, grief, and anger management concerns. My focus areas include communication difficulties, isolation, life purpose, social anxiety, guilt and shame, forgiveness, control issues, and posttraumatic stress.
Christian counseling is available upon request.
I also specialize in supporting clients through divorce and separation, body image concerns, attachment issues, caregiver stress, financial challenges, and relationship dynamics. I have experience working with men's issues, young adults, military and veteran populations, and first responders. Additionally, I support individuals addressing obsessive-compulsive patterns, process addictions, substance use concerns, family and blended family dynamics, fatherhood issues, and personality-related challenges.
My approach is grounded in empathy, respect, and a commitment to meeting you where you are. I understand that seeking therapy takes courage, and I'm honored to walk alongside you as you work toward healing and growth. For clients who value faith in their therapeutic journey, I'm happy to integrate that perspective into our work together.
