About me
I am a compassionate, empathetic, and hopeful clinical social who is committed to doing everything in my power to help you manage symptoms of depression, anxiety, and trauma.
My name is Erick Pena. I struggled with depression and anxiety caused by unprocessed trauma for about 20 years. It wasn’t until I began therapy training and later received therapy myself that I was able to truly understand what was happening inside of me, and my life began to make a turn for the better. I believe that therapy works because I have benefited from it, and I have also seen through my practice how other people who struggle with mental health have benefitted from receiving the mental health support they need to find hope, begin to heal, and reach their full potential.
I specialize in helping people manage symptoms of depression, anxiety, and trauma. I have come to understand that hope is the first step towards wholeness, so if you can believe it and visualize it, healing is just around the corner.
