Erica Messenger is a Registered Associate Professional Clinical Counselor, APCC 10010. Employed by Cerebral. Supervised by Rhapsody Flores, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, LMFT 75132. Erica received her Master’s of Science in Community Counseling from Fort Hays State University. Erica has experience in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Gestalt Therapy and Motivational Interviewing (MI). She is passionate about assisting people in finding their voice and using it to empower themselves to create change. Erica is also a strong advocate for self-care and boundaries and enjoys teaching her clients more about the benefits and importance of them. In her free time, Erica enjoys spending time with her husband and puppy, watching true-crime documentaries, watching/quoting The Office, cooking, traveling, reading and volunteering.
