About me
I am an experienced Clinical Psychologist specializing in depression, anxiety, trauma, and relational issues.
My job is to help you shift your cognition and explore your inner self to develop insights into what keeps you stuck. This heightened self-awareness can precipitate mental breakthroughs, leading to changes in behavioral patterns necessary for a more enjoyable, meaningful life. As someone who has been on this personal journey myself, my passion and purpose is to guide others down this path.
I help clients explore their inner selves, heighten awareness, and address maladaptive behavior patterns to promote healing and growth. I provide a safe environment to help clients unlock their potential and achieve the lives they desire. Specialized training in relational work, polyvagal theory and somatic interventions related to developmental trauma.
