About me
I am an experienced clinician working with Military, Veterans, First Responders and their families. I am committed to helping all walks of life manage anxiety, depression, couples therapy, complex trauma, work trauma, substance abuse and personality disorders.
I am a 22-year military veteran as well as a former full time Police Officer in California. I have taken my experience and journey in those careers to continue to help and walk beside those who need mental health support in all walks of life. As an associate Marriage and Family Therapist and an associate Professional Clinical Counselor, I hold a Master's Degree in Counseling Psychology, a Master's Degree in Organizational Psychology and a Graduate certificate in Counseling Skills. I am a Certified First Responder Associate (CFRA), as well as Certified in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (C-DBT), FLASH technique and a Level 1 and Level 2 Trained professional in Gottman Couples Therapy. I use a humanistic psychodynamic approach to my practice believing in the whole person. Having the experiences I have had, I offer realistic, and evidence based cultural competence to those I serve. There is no one way to grow, learn and manage the experiences we have in life lets walk it together.
I also serve the BDSM, CNM ad LGBTQA + communities with specialized training in these communities.
I look forward to working with you and offering the best treatment I possibly can.
