Eric Vogan, LPC

Hello! I'm so happy you stopped by! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Pennsylvania. I have 13 years of experience in the mental health field and I have also recently completed doctoral training in clinical psychology. I specialize in psychodynamic therapy and have a great deal of experience in working with people with eating disorders, anxiety, depression, relationship problems and concerns and personality concerns/disorders.

I have been passionate about psychology since I was very young. I find the depth and complexity of people fascinating, and, as such, I love helping others to develop a deeper understanding of themselves. This is especially true when this exploration can lead to long term change that helps client's live the life that they want. Often times, our symptoms of anxiety or depression, or our difficulties in relationship and work, originate early in life. In developing an understanding of how concerns are grounded in these long term experiences, client's often find that this can lead to change. I also love helping people experience emotions that often seemed so impossible and far away.

As a lover of art and movies (as well as video games), I often explore my clients lives and experiences in relation to their interests, whether it be in art and movies, or within some other field. Often times, this experience also opens a person up to new creative experiences as new parts of the self begin to develop. In short, I am here to help you develop the life that you want, and we will work together to free you from the ties that bind you.
