About Me
Hi, I'm Endrysa, a bilingual (English/Spanish) Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern. I work with children (ages 10+), teens, young adults, adults, and older adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, grief and loss, life transitions, low self-esteem, and executive functioning challenges.
Life has a way of presenting us with challenges we never expected, and sometimes those challenges leave us feeling overwhelmed, uncertain, or disconnected from ourselves. I believe therapy is a space where you don't have to navigate those moments alone. My approach is warm, reflective, and gently challenging, drawing from Person-Centered Therapy, CBT, DBT, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Motivational Interviewing, tailored to meet you exactly where you are. I especially enjoy working with people who are curious about their own experiences and ready for change, even if they're not sure where to begin.
Healing doesn't always have to feel heavy. I bring humor, creativity, and playfulness into sessions when it fits, alongside deep, honest work. My hope is that clients leave therapy feeling more confident, resilient, and connected to themselves, with practical tools and a stronger sense of who they are.
I earned my Master of Science in Clinical and Counseling Psychology, with a concentration in Trauma Studies, from Chestnut Hill College. I offer both in-person and telehealth sessions in English and Spanish.
Taking the first step toward therapy can feel overwhelming, but you don't have to navigate life's challenges alone. I'd be honored to walk alongside you as you work toward healing, growth, and a life that feels more meaningful to you.
