About me
I am a mental health counselor specializing in preteens, teens, and parents.
You may have noticed a change in yourself or your child that feels overwhelming. At times, the weight of it can seem to touch every part of daily life—constant tears, frequent arguments, self-doubt, or feeling stuck in unhealthy patterns. Sometimes, both parents and children need additional support to strengthen coping skills, improve communication, and build healthier relationships.
As a mental health provider, I offer a compassionate, supportive space for healing and growth. Trauma can affect both individuals and families, often showing up as anxiety, irritability, shame, avoidance, or emotional disconnection. I work with children, teens, young adults, and families to process difficult experiences, build self-esteem, and develop healthy coping strategies.
I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, ADHD, and trauma/PTSD using evidence-based approaches including CBT, DBT, mindfulness, and EMDR. My goal is to help clients create lasting change while also strengthening family relationships. I especially enjoy working with adolescents, providing a safe and supportive space where they can feel heard and understood. In some cases, a child may already have a therapist they connect with, while a parent may need additional support of their own. Whether I’m working with children, teens, or adults, I strive to create a healing therapeutic environment with room for everyone.
I offer flexible evening telehealth appointments for individuals throughout Indiana and welcome the opportunity to see if I’m the right fit for you or your teen.
