About me

Therapy for people who feel stuck in recurring relationship patterns, emotional overwhelm, self-criticism, or cycles that continue despite insight and previous therapy.

Despite insight, self-awareness, or previous therapy, you may still feel stuck in painful relationship patterns, emotional overwhelm, anxiety, self-criticism, instability, or cycles you cannot seem to break. Most of the people I work with are thoughtful and emotionally aware, yet continue to struggle with fear of abandonment, intense relationships, low self-worth, mood swings, or chronic emptiness. I help clients understand and change the deeper emotional and relational patterns driving these experiences so they can build healthier relationships, greater emotional stability, and a stronger sense of self.

I work with individuals, teens, couples, and families struggling with emotional overwhelm, relationship conflict, attachment wounds, anxiety, trauma, personality disorders, and painful relational patterns. My approach is warm, relational, and depth-oriented, helping clients build healthier relationships, emotional stability, and lasting change.

Reaching out for therapy can feel difficult, especially if you’ve been carrying painful emotions or relationship struggles for a long time. You do not have to navigate it alone. Therapy can be a place to better understand yourself, feel more grounded emotionally, and begin creating healthier, more fulfilling relationships.
