About me

Therapy for people who feel stuck in recurring relationship patterns, emotional overwhelm, self-criticism, or cycles that continue despite insight and previous therapy.

Many of the people I work with are thoughtful and emotionally aware, yet still feel stuck in painful relationship patterns, emotional overwhelm, anxiety, self-criticism, instability, or cycles they cannot seem to break. Despite insight, self-awareness, or previous therapy, they continue to struggle with fear of abandonment, intense relationships, low self-worth, mood swings, or chronic emptiness. I help clients understand and change the deeper emotional and relational patterns driving these experiences so they can build healthier relationships, greater emotional stability, and a stronger sense of self.

I work with individuals, teens, couples, and families struggling with emotional overwhelm, relationship conflict, attachment wounds, anxiety, trauma, personality disorders, and painful relational patterns. My approach is thoughtful, relational, and focused on helping people better understand the emotional and relationship patterns that keep them feeling stuck. Many of the people I work with have insight into their struggles, but find themselves repeating the same painful cycles. Through focusing on attachment, longstanding emotional patterns and beliefs, and the ways these patterns show up in relationships, including therapy itself, I support deeper and longterm change.

Together, we will explore the emotional and relational patterns contributing to distress, better understand how these experiences developed, and work toward healthier ways of relating to yourself and others. My goal is to help you feel more emotionally grounded, understood, and less stuck in recurring cycles.

I became a therapist because I saw how difficult it is for people struggling with intense emotions, unstable or painful relationships, and long-term emotional difficulties to find a therapist who truly understands what they are experiencing. I wanted to create a space where people feel genuinely understood while working toward meaningful and more permanent results.

Reaching out for therapy can feel difficult, especially if you’ve been carrying painful emotions or relationship struggles for a long time. You do not have to navigate it alone. Therapy can be a place to better understand yourself, feel more stable emotionally, and begin creating healthier, more fulfilling relationships.
