About me
Hello! I am a dedicated therapist here to support children, teens, caregivers, college students, and adults needing help with managing their thoughts, emotions, and/or behaviors.
My work is to help adults explore how their past shows up in their present. Through work in and out of therapy, they will be able to help their future. I provide early intervention to children and teens to help them be successful in managing their emotions and behaviors. I also support children and teens caregivers with strategies and tools to help them manage not only their child(ren), but also their own emotions and behaviors.
While my counseling approaches varies, I involve person-centered and motivational interviewing as the basis and other modailites as needed. I see therapy as a collaborative approach where you are the author and I help support you along the way. I help you process your thoughts and feelings while providing a safe and trusting space.
I believe therapy to be a collaborative approach between therapist and client (also caregiver if applicable). With me, you will be supported where you are mentally and emotionally and guided through what is holding you back. Through insight, validation, challening questions, and more, I hope you will leave therapy each time with something to help you outside the session.
