About me
I am a relationship and sexuality therapist passionate about supporting your journey towards authenticity, self-trust, and relational healing.
As a proud queer woman, I know how important it is to feel seen and understood in therapy. I approach my work with curiosity, compassion, and a good dose of humor because healing doesn’t have to feel heavy all the time. Relationships can be messy, but they can also be beautiful—and I love helping couples uncover that beauty together.
In therapy, I’m a direct communicator. I believe honesty and clarity are essential for growth, and I’m not afraid to gently (but firmly!) challenge you to step out of your comfort zone. Sometimes the biggest transformations happen when we’re willing to try something new, even when it feels a little scary. At the same time, I’m here to give you the patience and grace that you deserve. Good things take time.
My sessions are collaborative and client-centered. I believe you’re the expert on your own life, and my role is to guide, support, and sometimes push you toward deeper self-discovery and growth. I integrate systemic, attachment-based, and sex-positive approaches to help you and your partner feel more connected, understood, and alive in your relationship. Experiential therapy has a special place in my heart because of its unique ability to help unlock repressed emotions and allow clients to feel for the sake of feeling. This approach can be incredibly freeing, helping you experience the full range of your emotions in a safe, supportive space.
Some areas I specialize in include:
-Reinvigorating intimacy in long-term relationships
–Gender-affirming life transitions and sex for trans folks
–Navigating non-monogamy and polyamory
–Exploring sexual identity and self-expression
–Internalized homophobia and transphobia
–Building trust after breaches or challenges
–Anxiety, depression, and self-esteem
–LGBTQIA+ relationships and dynamics
–Enhancing communication and conflict resolution skills
I’m especially passionate about working with queer individuals and couples, helping them create the relationships and lives they desire. I aim to provide a welcoming, affirming space for all identities, and I’m sex-positive, kink-affirming, and trauma-informed in my practice.
If you’re ready to shake things up, challenge yourself, and deepen your connection to yourself and your relationships, I’d love to work with you. Let’s make therapy a place where you feel empowered to laugh, cry, and grow.
