About me
Grief has a way of reshaping everything from your routines, your relationships, even how you navigate through a day. Grief can look like the loss of a loved family member, or the impending death of a pet, but it can also arise when life takes a turn you didn't expect. The end of a relationship or an expected termination from work. It can also show up in the caring professions. If you are reading this, you may be carrying a pain that does not have clear words. You are not broken, you are not "just sad". Grief is impactful and valid.
I am not here to "fix" you! I definitely don't have the magic wand to heal grief. My role is to support you as your journey the grief experience at your pace. I use a trauma informed, narrative, and values-based approach. Together we will make space for your love, your pain, your anger, and you longing to help find ways to keep moving forward with your grief.
