About me
Hi, I'm Emma. I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker from Chicago, Illinois. My work includes supporting children, adolescents, adults, and families navigating anxiety, depression, self-esteem, stress, and communication challenges. I provide a safe, collaborative, and non-judgmental space where you feel accepted, empowered, and supported. I believe change happens through a validating therapeutic relationship and I am passionate about helping clients move forward with confidence. Taking the first step toward therapy can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to do it alone. If you’re feeling stuck, stressed, or ready for change, I’d be honored to support you. Together, we can create a safe space for healing, growth, and lasting change. I welcome you to reach out—I look forward to walking alongside you on your journey.
I believe change happens through a validating therapeutic relationship and I am passionate about helping clients move forward with confidence. I take a strengths-based approach and draw on evidence-based practices, including cognitive behavioral therapy and mindfulness, to guide our work together. I assist clients to work through anxiety, crisis, trauma, grief, relationship issues, life transitions, and family conflict.
