I am a graduate student intern who is dedicated to helping adolescents, and adults cope with anxiety, depression, and difficult life transitions.

I am a graduate student intern who has been working towards completing my masters degree in mental health counseling. I am on track to graduate in September, and I am looking to take on some new clients.I am a certified trauma specialist, and I am currently working towards an art therapy certification in order to further my toolkit of interventions that may better facilitate healing with my clients.

I have been working at Rise Therapeutic Services in Sherwood, Oregon since January of 2026. I have a very empathetic approach to each of my clients situations, and I am able to offer a perspective that will always leave the client reflecting on how to proceed. I aim to foster a safe space for my clients to process through difficult topics, and collaborate on a solution that works best for each client.
