About me

I bring a youthful approach to working with teens and young adults by working from a holistic, thoughtful, and creative approach to therapy.

I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker Associate with a deep passion for helping teens and young adults find clarity, confidence, and calm in the midst of life’s challenges. I completed my graduate program at Winthrop University, and I’m here to walk alongside you through the transformative moments of life. You're not alone—and you don’t have to figure it all out by yourself.

I integrate evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), along with expressive arts and mindfulness practices. Whether you prefer to talk things through, create, or explore emotions in different ways, I’ll meet you where you are.

My goal is to create a space that feels safe, authentic, and judgment-free—where you can unpack what’s weighing on you, reconnect with your strengths, and begin to feel more grounded and like yourself again. This is your time, and I’m here to support you every step of the way. I look forward to working with you.
