About me
I’m a therapist who takes a person-centered, compassionate approach to working with adults. I believe that healing happens in safe, nonjudgmental spaces—so I strive to create a warm, supportive environment where you feel truly seen and heard.
As someone recently graduated and deeply connected to the evolving field of mental health, I bring a fresh perspective, genuine curiosity, and a deep respect for your unique experience. I don't see myself as the expert on your life—you are. My role is to walk alongside you, helping you explore, process, and grow at your own pace.
Whether you’re navigating life transitions, identity questions, stress, or just feeling stuck, I’m here to support you with empathy and care.
I work with clients aged 16 years and older and aim to offer comprehensive support to individuals navigating life's myriad challenges. I integrate a range of therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, person-centered therapy, and interpersonal psychotherapy, tailored to meet the unique needs of each person. Central to my practice is the establishment of a nurturing and empathetic atmosphere conducive to fostering the therapeutic alliance. I am excited to create a warm space where you can embark on your journey of growth and feel supported along the way!
