About me

You look like you’re holding it all together. Inside, your mind never stops. Let’s help you move from surviving in your head to actually living your life.

I help high-achieving, busy-brained women who feel stuck in cycles of overthinking, burnout, people-pleasing, perfectionism, anxiety, and emotional overwhelm. Many of my clients look capable on the outside while internally feeling exhausted from constantly carrying the mental and emotional load for everyone around them.

My approach goes beyond insight alone. Using Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), somatic and nervous system-based practices, mindfulness, and experiential therapy, we focus on changing the patterns that keep you stuck, not just talking about why they exist. Together, we work on helping you quiet the mental spin, regulate overwhelm, strengthen boundaries, reconnect with yourself, and build a life that feels more grounded, connected, intentional, and sustainable.

You can spend years understanding your patterns and still find yourself stuck in the same cycles, overthinking every interaction, abandoning your own needs, carrying everyone else’s emotional weight, and wondering why nothing actually changes. Therapy should be more than endlessly analyzing your life. It should help you experience your life differently.

Through ACT, somatic and nervous system-based practices, experiential therapy, therapy groups, and Lunch Break Reset Walk & Talk groups, I help high-achieving women move out of survival mode and into lives that feel more grounded, connected, intentional, and emotionally sustainable in real, everyday moments.

I know how easy it is for high-achieving women to spend years stuck in survival mode while still looking “fine” from the outside. This work matters deeply to me because I’ve seen how much pain can hide beneath competence, overfunctioning, and carrying everything alone, and I believe therapy should help you actually experience relief and meaningful change, not just more self-awareness.

You do not have to keep living trapped in overthinking, burnout, and emotional survival mode. If you’re ready for therapy that helps you create meaningful, lasting change, I’d love to connect.
