My name is Emily and I am a licensed Marriage and family therapist, I love helping people navigate the complicated aspects of being human and move toward healing. I help folks pay attention, feel secure enough to create awareness and change in their lives. I specialize in working with eating disorders, addiction, attachment trauma and relationship distress. I am passionate about the embodied therapy experience.

I have a private practice in Newport Beach, CA that I have been actively working in since 2021. I love teaching clients somatic exercises to soothe or awaken the nervous system, create transformative connection, utilize EMDR - AF, and integrate my knowledge of psychoanalysis (and our therapeutic relationship) to help clients move toward healing and create a deeper inner awareness.

Prior to my work as a therapist I worked and lived alongside young adults to develop their leadership and sense of belonging. In my free time, I have a young family with three kids, a sweet pup and love staying active (running, cycling and practicing yoga).
