About me
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a trauma-informed and DBT-informed clinical background, focused on supporting the whole person in their healing and growth. I primarily work with adult clients and bring experience working with veterans and veteran families, individuals with physical disabilities, and those recovering from or questioning religious beliefs, including atheist and non-religious populations.
My approach is direct, calm, and collaborative. I prioritize building strong therapeutic relationships while helping clients address challenges in meaningful, practical, and compassionate ways. I strive to create a supportive, respectful space where clients feel understood, empowered, and equipped to navigate life’s difficulties with greater clarity and resilience.
