About me
Taking the first step toward therapy can feel intimidating, but you don't have to have everything figured out before you begin. My goal is to create a space where you feel heard, supported, and empowered as we work toward the life you want to build.
You don't have to be in crisis to benefit from therapy. Maybe your mind never seems to slow down, you second-guess every decision, or you've been carrying stress for so long that it feels normal. A medical diagnosis, major life transition, or unexpected change may have left you feeling like you don't recognize yourself anymore. I work with adults and older teens (17+) who want to better understand themselves, manage anxiety, and build a life that feels more balanced, confident, and authentic.
As a transplant and medical social worker, I've supported people through chronic illness, grief, uncertainty, and major life changes. That experience shapes my approach with compassion, curiosity, and an understanding of how emotional and physical health are deeply connected.
Therapy is a collaborative process where we'll explore what's keeping you stuck while building practical tools you can use in everyday life. My goal is to create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you feel understood, challenged, and empowered to make meaningful change.
