About me
On both a professional and personal level, I deeply understand the impact of grief, loss, and death. Whether it’s the loss of a loved one, a family pet, a marriage, a lifelong career, or the anticipation of your own death, I am here to help you move through your experience in a way that brings peace to you.
I am a licensed clinical social worker and certified advanced grief counseling specialist. Every person experiences and processes life transitions and loss in their own unique way - as your therapist, I will walk with you in self-discovery, compassion, and healing. Grief is not something we just “get over”, but we can move through it. I support clients in making sense of their bereavement while holding space for building emotional resilience and well-being. Relationship is the foundation of my practice. In each session, my focus will be on creating therapeutic safety conducive to growth, radical self acceptance, and connection to yourself and others. With a profound belief in the healing power of nature and the ability of the human spirit, I am committed to walking with others in their grief journey.
