About me
I have been an LPC for over 6 years. I love working with individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, processing trauma, neurodivergence, OCD, and navigating life stressors.
I work with ages 10 and up. I specialize in working with the LGBTQIA+ community. I really enjoy supporting individuals through gender exploration, navigating sexuality, and building self awareness. I provide referral letters for gender affirming care. I utilize a humanistic, client-centered approach. I also borrow from CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, and psychodynamic theories. I am working towards a credential in ADHD treatment. I offer a calm, relaxed environment in order to help regulate our nervous systems and begin to work through some of the difficult aspects of life.
