I am an experienced psychotherapist, who is dedicated to working with adults, couples, and families in an outpatient virtual setting.
I have over 20 years of experience in mental health, including all levels of psychiatric care from crisis counseling to outpatient therapy. My Masters Degree is in Family Counseling. This foundational background has been instrumental in my work with clients. I work from a psychodynamic, family systems, and solution-focused lens, while also integrating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Sensorimotor Psychotherapy frameworks. I most enjoy working with clients who are struggling with boundary setting, self-advocacy, family of origin issues, interpersonal relationship challenges, adjusting to parenthood, grief and loss, and those who are struggling to cope with mood and anxiety disorders.
