About me
I am an experienced and compassionate psychotherapist who specializes in navigating change, loss, and grief.
Therapy is a space where you should feel seen, heard, and supported—and that’s exactly what I offer. I work with adults navigating relationship challenges, grief, loss, and questions of identity. These struggles can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to go through them alone.
In our work together, I provide a safe and compassionate space where your experiences are honored and your goals are taken seriously. My style is engaged and collaborative—I ask questions, offer reflections, and help you make meaning of your experiences. I’m not a blank screen. I bring my training, presence, and genuine care into each session.
My approach is grounded in attachment theory, which means I pay close attention to how relationships—past and present—shape how you relate to yourself and others. Whether you're working through a recent loss, feeling stuck in old patterns, or exploring who you are, I’m here to support your process with clarity and empathy.
