About me
I am a licensed therapist that has worked with children, teens, and adults for over 10 years. I specialize in neurodivergence, trauma, parenting, and women's mental health.
My therapeutic approach is to help clients create change by identifying personal strengths, examining the mind-body connection, exploring the stress response, and reflecting on individual needs. Life is hard, schedules are busy, and we can sometimes feel like we are being pulled in a thousand different directions. Whether someone needs time to talk about how to manage the day to day or wants to go beneath the surface, all these things can happen in therapy. My goal is to build a collaborative relationship with clients in order to create safety, healing, and growth.
