About me
I specialize in working with young adults and other health professionals!
Imagine what life would be like if you could move past your anxiety. If you didn't feel stuck. If you truly felt connected with others. My passion is rooted in serving other helping professionals (teachers, nurses, first responders, other therapists like me!) and young adults reclaim their lives from trauma, depression, anxiety, OCD, substance misuse, and transitional/career stressors.
Through advanced trainings including Somatic and Attachment focused EMDR Therapy for Trauma, Exposure and Response Prevention Therapy for OCD and years of experience in the field, I will utilize a tailored approach to best meet your needs. My ultimate goal is to create safety to allow for growth and healing.
Whether it's processing your current stressors or digging deeper and processing that really hard stuff that you tend to avoid, there is no issue too big or too small. I am dedicated to providing a safe place for you. Call or email today and I will respond within 2 business days.
