About me
I am passionate about providing mental health care that feels comfortable and accessible for BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ individuals! I always want therapy to be a welcoming space that's dedicated to you.
Please Note: I am not able to accept high risk clients. If you are a danger to yourself or others, I may not be able to provide the level of care you may need.
I am a Licensed Independent/Clinical Social Worker in Ohio and Connecticut and offer online therapy services. I have experiencing working with adults, adolescents, and children. I specialize in life transitions, trauma, boundaries, and relationship challenges (family, friends, co-workers, etc.) for BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ adults.
I use a Person Centered Therapy approach. My approach is a more conversational/relational approach that is fluid, adapting to changes in your life as they come. I believe that building a trusting and caring relationship is key, and I feel that everyone has the tools to better their well-being; it sometimes just takes a few helping hands to find them!
