About me
I am an Licensed Clinical Social Worker with experience in working with teens and adults coping with anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD and other adverse life experiences.
The impacts of trauma can weigh down the spirit. During therapy, I work with my clients to explore difficult experiences so they can drop what’s too heavy, lighten their load, and look forward to a brighter tomorrow.
Many of my clients are working through depression, anxiety, and relationship issues stemming from traumatic experiences. I also works with survivors of domestic or intimate partner violence to heal from abusive behavior and establish healthy relationship boundaries.
Using cognitive behavioral therapy, stress management strategies, EMDR and mindfulness techniques, I provide clients tools to free themselves from old patterns that no longer serve them. After clearing away these unhelpful ways of being, my clients have a strong, hopeful foundation for rebuilding their lives, developing new perspectives, and cultivating their sense of resilience.
