About me
I am a licensed clinical social worker who is licensed in New York and Georgia that is supporting women through depression, anxiety, and life transitions with compassion and clarity.
I am currently accepting new clients and specialize in supporting women’s mental health, including challenges related to self-esteem, body image, relationships, and challenges with life transitions. My goal is to create a safe, compassionate space where you can explore your experiences, reconnect with your strengths, and find a greater sense of balance and fulfillment. Together we’ll work to help you feel more centered, self-assured, and at peace in your mind and body.
Using evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Strengths-Based techniques, I provide a collaborative space to explore challenges and develop practical tools for lasting change. I am also certified in Problem Solving Therapy (PST), a skill-based, person-centered method designed to enhance problem-solving abilities, promote behavioral activation, and improve stress management.
