About me
- Please note: I am only offering therapy via video telehealth - Finding a therapist can be an overwhelming process, generally at a time when you are already struggling with whatever prompted you to seek clinical support. Throughout the course of my career, I have found the primary thing that unites most folks is a search for someone that makes them feel accepted, safe and comfortable as they work through their challenges. Above all, that's my primary focus. I welcome you to have an initial consult with me and if I strike you as a good fit, let's get to achieving your treatment goals!
I primarily work with people facing trauma. Clients who come to see me often feel they have gotten "as far as they can" in therapy and are hoping to find ways of overcoming areas in which they feel stuck, overwhelmed, or unable to make progress.
I have spent the last 15 years treating trauma, addiction, and other mental health concerns with adults and adolescents in inpatient and outpatient settings. I tailor my approach to meet each person's needs using EMDR, trauma-based therapies, IFS, Motivational Interviewing, and ACT, with a hope to engage mind, body, and soul in the therapeutic process.
