About me
I am an experienced psychotherapist who offers psycho-spiritual support and guidance, especially for those going through important existential or major life transitional crisis.
Having clarity, self awareness, and self understanding to know what is within our power to change or make an impact, be it with friends, work, loved ones or the world is an important container to ease unnecessary suffering and for peace of mind.
Self understanding involves knowing what conditioning and programming we have taken on from our childhood, family, education, work and culture that do not serve and fit with the individual design we came into this world with.
To let go of the “should s,” the self judgment, self blame, fear, shame and guilt of being different, of not fitting in, of disappointing others. To truly understand, accept and love oneself is a major psychological and spiritual taking.
It is important that I learn to understand you to walk along your path and journey of self discovery empowerment with you, not show you my way or the best ways deemed by experts or our culture. Let me know how I can be of service to you.
