About me
Trauma is an experience that happens too quickly or is too overwhelming for our hearts to process in the moment. We all experience wounds that impact how we view ourselves and the world. Although trauma is a part of living, living with unhealed traumatic symptoms or reactions is optional. In my practice, I desire to help clients heal from the cognitive, emotional, and behavioral symptoms that our wounding creates and leaves behind. I hope you choose healing. <3
A little about me:
I earned a PhD in Clinical Counseling: Teaching and Supervision from Trevecca Nazarene University. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor/Mental Health Service Provider and a Qualified Supervisor in Tennessee. As a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional, I am trained in both EMDR and Brainspotting. My clinical passions are self-compassion, the healing of trauma and grief, and the prevention of burnout. I love to work with youth, adults, and the family system.
