About me
I approach psychiatric care from a holistic perspective by honoring the physical, emotional, social and spiritual well being of the individual.
I started my health care journey as an acute care clinician and with this bring an understanding of the connection between mind, body, and spirit. My process includes initial evaluations, assessments of self-care and purpose and meaning. I work with tools that include deep listening, cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, solution-based therapy, and medication if appropriate. I also encourage life style modification as needed.
I provide 45–60-minute initial evaluations which usually include screenings and develop a treatment plan with you. Medication evaluations and management and follow up psycho-pharmacological management with education may also be included in your treatment plan. in addition to supportive therapy, I enjoy collaboration with your other providers.
I am committed to offering kind and compassionate care to help you achieve your goals and improve your life. Treatment is always patient specific using evidence-based practices. I feel privileged to have the opportunity to work with you.
