About me

I primarily work with teens and adults on issues related to anxiety, depression, self-esteem, childhood trauma, and life transitions. I also specialize in working with eating disorders. I prioritize creating a safe and supportive space where you feel heard, understood, and comfortable being your authentic self. I love helping my clients reach their goals and often give homework or provide a space within our time together to be interactive through worksheets, breath work, or role-playing how to respond in your environment. I am prepared to help guide you and meet you where you are.

I'm not here to "fix" you. I'm here to help you expand on what you already know, help you take that first step towards your goal, and offer tools to make life feel more manageable. I take a collaborative, client-centered approach, using CBT and Motivational Interviewing to help you identify patterns, set realistic goals, and work toward positive change.
I believe we all need a little help figuring life out and my goal is to help you continue putting one foot in front of the other. I am confident that while working together, we can find coping strategies and use techniques that cater to your needs to help you successfully keep moving forward.
