About me
I am an experienced trauma-informed psychotherapist who is dedicated to helping adults, children, couples and families heal from anxiety, depression, and trauma related symptoms.
I utilize an authentically trauma-informed approach in my work with individuals, couples and families and integrate my expertise in the areas of attachment focused therapy modalities, including EMDR, IFS, TF-CBT, somatic and mindfulness based interventions, and systems change theory. I've been described as a therapist who embodies a compassionate, relational, attuned, experiential, and collaborative presence in the facilitation of the healing journey of clients. I honor cultural and pacing considerations when healing trauma wounds. In order to access client resilience, I consider where the impact of trauma is held internally and explore with clients strategies to move into posttraumatic growth and thriving in a space of safety and connection.
