About me
I am a licensed clinical professional counselor and certified clinical trauma professional helping adolescents and adults cope with anxiety, depression, relationship issues and trauma.
I am a trauma-focused therapist who utilizes a combination of CBT and polyvagal approaches to better help clients regulate their nervous systems and emotions. My goal is to empower and walk beside individuals as they discover and work toward the best version of themselves. I take a collaborate approach, and strongly believe that effective and lasting change occurs in the midst of support. If you’re looking for a therapist who will lovingly challenge you, look no further!
My areas of expertise include anxiety, depression, coping skills, relationship struggles and trauma. I see clients aged 14+, Mondays-Thursdays, both online and in person at our Bolingbrook office.
