I’m a dedicated mental health counselor with over three years of experience in trauma-informed care, focusing on foster care, adoption, and family therapy. I work closely with children, adolescents, and families navigating complex emotional and relational challenges. Certified in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), I help clients manage emotional regulation, process trauma, and build healthier coping strategies. My person-centered, collaborative approach fosters trust, resilience, and long-term emotional well-being in a safe, supportive environment.
I am a certified practitioner in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), a highly effective treatment approach for individuals with emotional regulation challenges and complex trauma histories. My approach to therapy is rooted in the belief that every individual has the capacity for growth and healing. I view therapy as a collaborative process where the counselor and client work together to uncover the sources of emotional and behavioral struggles and identify paths to healing.
My Practice Spectrum Neuro Behavioral Care LLC, has been providing mental health care in New England for over a decade. Our mission, vision, and values have guided our work and shaped our directions to expand and help more communities nationwide. Our success is credited to the inspiring commitment of the individuals we serve and the dedication of our staff and clinicians.
We started our outpatient clinic in Massachusetts and led the movement to serve a comprehensive continuum of care. In 2019, we made a commitment to grow and expand our care to other states. We recognized the increased need for outpatient support and are continually opening new outpatient treatment clinics to provide seamless services to individuals at various stages of recovery.
