About me

I specialize in working with LGBTQIA+ and neurodivergent individuals, ethically non-monogamous/polyamorous relationships, and healing from trauma/narcissistic abuse.

I specialize in helping clients to go from surviving to thriving. Trauma impacts many aspects of our lives that I will work with you to heal. Let’s work together to ensure your relationships are healthy, you can assertively communicate, your needs are getting met, you have proper boundaries, you have positive self-esteem, you can trust your intuition, you can regulate your emotions, your nervous system is regulated, you choose how to respond instead of having an immediate emotional reaction to a situation, you can trust your memory of events, and your comfortable being your authentic self. These traumas may come from a major event, or develop over time and you may be wondering if it even “counts as trauma because it wasn’t that bad” (yes, it counts). It can come from childhood, relationships, and society sending the message that you don’t belong, which is why I also specialize in working with individuals who are LGBTQIA+, polyamorous/non-monogamous, and neurodivergent.
