I specialize in working with LGBTQIA+, neurodivergent, and non-monogamous/polyamorous clients. I am passionate about helping all relationship dynamics grow through infidelity/betrayals into stronger relationships, calming the chaos in families, and helping survivors heal from trauma.

When a couple goes from barely being able to look at each other to joking and kissing again. When a family comes in yelling or the teenager just glares at me from the end of the couch and then they start actually talking to each other, not about each other, genuinely connecting to the other person. When someone comes in because they are constantly snapping because they are triggered but can't figure out why they are reaching out of proportion to what is occuring and I link it to a traumatic event, then watch the light bulb moment in their head. That is why I do what I do. I use my interpersonal skills, education, training, and a dash of personal experience to relate to people, meet them where there at, create a treatment plan that fits them (not one copied and pasted out of a CBT manual, no offense to the clinicians that use those), and get them back to enjoying life or possibly enjoying life for the first time.
