I am a skilled mental health counselor with 36+ years of experience working in addictions and mental health issues. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC-7451), a Certified Addictions Counselor (CADC) and a Nationally Certified Counselor (NCC). I am trauma and crisis certified, utilizing CBT IFS and EMDR. I am passionate about the process of change and believe in the capacity for recovery.
