About me
Empowering growth, fostering healing, and helping you create a life that feels authentic, balanced, and fulfilling.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor dedicated to helping individuals, adolescents, and families navigate life's challenges with confidence and resilience. My passion is creating a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to make meaningful changes in their lives. I specialize in working with anxiety, depression, self-esteem concerns, life transitions, relationship challenges, and emotional regulation. I have a particular passion for supporting Black girls and women as they navigate personal growth, identity development, and the unique stressors they may face. My therapeutic approach is collaborative, compassionate, and strengths-based. I believe that every person already possesses the capacity for growth and healing, and my role is to help uncover those strengths while providing practical tools and support along the way. Whether you are seeking support for a specific challenge or simply looking to become the best version of yourself, I am committed to walking alongside you on your journey toward healing, empowerment, and lasting wellness.
